Where is my data stored?
Your dhikr counts, prayer logs and settings are stored only on your device. They are never sent to our servers. Anonymous usage statistics (app version, device model) are sent at most once per day for analytics.
Can I get a refund for my donation?
Donations are processed through Apple App Store or Google Play. Refund requests must be submitted through the respective store's refund policy.
How can I delete my data?
Use the "Delete My Data" option in the app settings, or visit the data deletion page linked above for each app. Uninstalling the app also removes all local data from your device.
How can I send feedback?
Each app includes a built-in feedback form. You can also email us directly at info@bilginstudios.com.
