2. Data Collected

The Özel Günler app does not require account creation. No personal identification information (name, email, phone number) is collected. The following data is collected or processed:

• Anonymous device ID: a randomly generated, non-identifying ID stored on your device to measure distinct device usage. This is not Apple IDFA or Google GAID.
• Usage statistics: platform (iOS/Android), OS version, app version, device model and selected theme are sent to our servers at most once per day.
• Device info: basic device information is sent to Expo servers for over-the-air (OTA) updates.
• In-app purchase data: purchase receipts are processed through Apple App Store / Google Play for subscription and purchase verification. No payment card information is collected by us.
• Notification preferences: local notification settings are stored on your device only.
• Sponsor interactions: sponsor impression counts (shown / clicked / skipped) are recorded anonymously; not tied to personal data.

3. Legal Basis and Purpose (KVKK Art. 5)

Data is processed based on the following legal grounds:

• Explicit consent: accepted upon first use of the app
• Legitimate interest of the data controller: app improvement, anonymous analytics, sponsor performance measurement
• Performance of the contract: delivering in-app purchases and subscriptions

4. Data Sharing

Your data is not shared with, sold to or rented to third parties.

The app uses no ad network or third-party analytics SDK (Google Analytics, Firebase Analytics, Facebook SDK, etc.). Anonymous usage statistics are sent only to our own servers (bilginstudios.com).

In-app purchase verification is handled by Apple / Google; purchase receipts are shared only with the respective platform.

Expo (expo.dev) infrastructure is used for app updates. Basic device information is sent to Expo servers. Expo's privacy policy: https://expo.dev/privacy

Data may be shared with authorities only where legally required.

5. Data Retention and Security

Since the app does not collect personal identification data, no personal records are stored on our servers. Anonymous statistics are retained for up to 24 months for trend analysis.

Industry-standard measures are applied to protect your data. However no internet transmission or electronic storage can be guaranteed 100% secure.

6. Children's Privacy

The app does not knowingly collect personal data from children under 13. Since no account creation or personal information is required, the app can be used by all ages. Parents can control app access through device-level parental controls.

7. User Rights (KVKK Art. 11)

Under KVKK, you have the following rights:

• Learn whether your personal data is being processed
• Request information about the processing if it has been done
• Learn the purpose of processing and whether data is used in accordance with its purpose
• Know the third parties to whom data is transferred domestically or abroad
• Request correction of incomplete or inaccurate data
• Request deletion or destruction of data
• Object to a result produced against you through analysis of data exclusively by automated systems
• Request compensation for damages caused by unlawful processing

Since this app does not collect personal identification data, most of these rights may not be applicable in practice. If you believe your rights have been affected, you may contact us.

Local data on your device is automatically erased when you uninstall the app.

8. Data Deletion

Since the app does not require an account, there is no account to delete. To remove all local data, simply uninstall the app from your device.

To request deletion of anonymous analytics data associated with your device ID, contact us at omer@bilginstudios.com with your device ID (found in the app's settings).

9. Policy Changes

This privacy policy may be updated from time to time. Significant changes are announced in-app. The current policy is always accessible from within the app and at bilginstudios.com.

Continued use of the app means you accept the updated policy.
