By using the Hata Defteri app ("App"), you agree to the following terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.
1. Service Description
Hata Defteri is a personal educational tool that helps students photograph questions they answered incorrectly and review them through spaced repetition. All data is stored locally on the user's device.
2. Usage Rules
- The App is intended for personal educational use only.
- You are responsible for the content you photograph and save. Do not save content that infringes on the intellectual property rights of others for purposes other than personal study.
- You must not reverse-engineer, decompile or modify the App.
3. Data Ownership
All content you create in the App (photos, notes, solutions) belongs to you. Since the App does not send data to our servers, we have no access to your content. You are responsible for backing up your data.
4. Intellectual Property
The App, its design, code, icons and brand are the property of Bilgin Studios. The curriculum data (subjects, topics, learning outcomes) is sourced from publicly available MEB (Ministry of National Education) curricula.
5. Limitation of Liability
The App is provided "as is". Bilgin Studios does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
Since all data is stored locally, Bilgin Studios is not responsible for data loss due to device failure, accidental deletion or app uninstallation.
6. Changes
These terms may be updated. The current version is always accessible from this page and from within the App. Continued use of the App means you accept the updated terms.

8. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Turkey. Istanbul courts have jurisdiction over any disputes.
