1. Service Description

Özel Günler is a mobile app that displays special religious and cultural days, countdowns and reminders for important occasions.

The app is developed by Ömer Bilgin (Bilgin Studios) and does not represent any religious institution or authority.

2. Terms of Use

By downloading and using the app you accept these terms. If you do not accept them you must stop using the app.

The app is for personal, non-commercial use only. Copying, distributing or commercially using its content is prohibited.

3. In-App Purchases and Subscriptions

The app offers optional in-app purchases and subscriptions to unlock premium features. These purchases are processed through Apple App Store or Google Play Store.

• Prices are displayed in local currency before purchase. All prices include applicable taxes.
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your device's App Store / Google Play settings.
• Refunds are handled by Apple / Google according to their refund policies. We do not process refunds directly.
• Free trial periods, if offered, convert to paid subscriptions at the end of the trial unless cancelled.
• No payment card or financial information is collected or stored by us. All payments are securely handled by Apple / Google.

Purchased premium features are tied to your Apple ID or Google account and can be restored on other devices signed into the same account.

4. Content and Accuracy

Special day dates and information are compiled from widely accepted sources. However, dates of religious days may vary according to moon sighting decisions by religious authorities. The app does not constitute a religious ruling (fatwa).

Reminders and countdown features are informational aids and should not be relied upon as the sole source.

5. Sponsor Content

The app contains no advertising. The revenue model is based on in-app purchases and sponsor support.

Sponsor content may be shown at app launch or in specific areas. Sponsor content is clearly labeled.

Clicking sponsor links is optional and redirects you to third-party websites. The developer is not responsible for the content and privacy policies of those sites.

6. Updates

The app may receive over-the-air (OTA) updates from time to time. These updates apply automatically and aim to improve functionality, fix bugs or add new features.

Major updates are distributed through the app stores.

7. Data Deletion

The app does not require an account. To remove all local data, simply uninstall the app from your device.

8. Limitation of Liability

The app is provided "as is". The developer is not liable for:

• Technical issues, outages or data loss that may occur in the app,
• Possible inaccuracies in special day dates or information,
• Content of sponsor websites,
• Issues arising from in-app purchases processed by Apple / Google,
• Misuse of the app by the user.

The app does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

9. Intellectual Property

The app's design, logo, source code and content are protected by copyright. They may not be copied, modified or distributed without written permission.

10. Changes to the Terms

These terms of use may be updated from time to time. Significant changes are announced in-app. The current terms are always accessible from within the app and at bilginstudios.com.

Continued use of the app after changes means you accept the updated terms.

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. Any dispute is subject to the jurisdiction of Istanbul courts.
