1. About the App

Zikirmatik is a digital tasbih (dhikr counter) application for iOS and Android. It provides a counter interface, customizable dhikr goals, statistics and themes. The App does not require account creation and stores dhikr data locally on your device.

2. Acceptable Use

When using the App, you agree not to:

• Reverse-engineer, decompile, modify or create derivative works of the App
• Use the App for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to access systems or data not intended for you
• Distribute malware or interfere with the App's operation

3. In-App Purchases and Donations

The App offers optional voluntary donations (one-time purchases) through Apple App Store and Google Play Store. These are not required for app functionality.

• All purchases are processed by Apple or Google, not the Developer. Your payment information is handled entirely by the respective platform.
• Donations are voluntary contributions to support continued development. They do not unlock additional features.
• Refunds are subject to Apple's or Google's refund policies. To request a refund, contact Apple App Store or Google Play directly.
• Prices are displayed in your local currency and may include applicable taxes.

4. Sponsor Content

The App may display sponsor content (banners, messages) from approved sponsors. Sponsor content is reviewed before publishing and must comply with our content guidelines. The Developer is not responsible for the accuracy or completeness of sponsor content. Interacting with sponsor content is voluntary.

5. Intellectual Property

All content, design, code, trademarks and other intellectual property in the App belong to the Developer or their licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, distribute or create derivative works without written permission.

6. Privacy

Your privacy is important. The App collects minimal, anonymous data. For full details, see our Privacy Policy.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. The Developer does not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components. The App provides a counting tool and does not constitute religious, spiritual or any other form of professional guidance.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Developer shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the App. The Developer's total liability is limited to the amount you paid (if any) for the App in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

9. Termination

You may stop using the App at any time by uninstalling it from your device. The Developer reserves the right to discontinue the App or modify these terms at any time. If these terms are materially changed, notice will be provided in-app.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Turkey. Any disputes shall be submitted to the jurisdiction of Istanbul courts.

11. Changes to These Terms

The Developer may update these terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a revised effective date. Continued use of the App constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
