Delete your data

Zikirmatik does not require an account. You can request deletion of the anonymous data stored on our servers. Below you'll find two ways to submit a deletion request and a full list of what is deleted.

Submit a data deletion request here. We verify and process it within 30 days.

What is deleted

When your deletion request is processed, the following data is permanently removed from our servers:

Anonymous device ID and associated launch records
Sponsor impression statistics (shown / clicked / skipped)
Feedback messages submitted through the app or website
Donation/purchase verification records

Local data on your device (dhikr statistics, counter settings, themes) is erased when you uninstall the app.

Request received

Your request is logged and processing begins.

Days 1–30

Processing

Data is identified and queued for deletion.

Day 30

Permanent deletion

Data is permanently removed. Cannot be recovered.
