1. Service Description

Namaz Vakti — İbadet Takibi is a free mobile app that displays prayer times, allows worship tracking and offers various religious content.

The app is developed by Ömer Bilgin and does not represent any religious institution or authority.

2. Terms of Use

By downloading and using the app you accept these terms. If you do not accept them you must stop using the app.

The app is for personal, non-commercial use only. Copying, distributing or commercially using its content is prohibited.

3. Account and Security

• You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure.
• Users under 13 may only create an account under a parent's supervision.
• Child accounts are the responsibility of the linked parent account.
• You should not share your account with others.
• Using the app maliciously, unlawfully or to disturb others is prohibited.

4. Content and Accuracy

Prayer times are computed using astronomical calculations (adhan.js). The calculation method and parameters align with the Presidency of Religious Affairs (Diyanet), but for official prayer-time information please consult Diyanet sources.

Qibla direction, tasbih count and other features are informational. The app does not constitute a religious ruling (fatwa).

5. Sponsor Content

The app contains no advertising. The revenue model is based on sponsor support.

Sponsor content may be shown at app launch or in specific areas. Sponsor content is clearly labeled as "Sponsor" or "Main Sponsor".

Clicking sponsor links is optional and redirects you to third-party websites. The developer is not responsible for the content and privacy policies of those sites.

6. Pricing and Donations

The app is fully free. All features are offered free of charge.

Donations are entirely optional and grant no additional features or privileges. Donations are non-refundable.

7. Updates

The app may receive over-the-air (OTA) updates from time to time. These updates apply automatically and aim to improve functionality, fix bugs or add new features.

Major updates are distributed through the app stores.

8. Account Deletion and Data

You may delete your account at any time from Settings → Profile → Delete Account.

When a parent account is deleted, linked child accounts and their data are also deleted. This is notified to you before the deletion.

Local data on your device (worship tracking, tasbih, preferences) is automatically erased when you uninstall the app.

9. Limitation of Liability

The app is provided "as is". The developer is not liable for:

• Technical issues, outages or data loss that may occur in the app,
• Possible deviations in prayer-time calculations,
• Content of sponsor websites,
• Misuse of the app by the user.

The app does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

10. Intellectual Property

The app's design, logo, source code and content are protected by copyright. They may not be copied, modified or distributed without written permission.

11. Changes to the Terms

These terms of use may be updated from time to time. Significant changes are announced in-app. The current terms are always accessible from within the app.

Continued use of the app after changes means you accept the updated terms.

12. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. Any dispute is subject to the jurisdiction of Istanbul courts.
