Terms of Use
These terms of use set out the legal conditions you accept by downloading or using the Hatırlat app. Continued use of the app means you accept these terms.
1. Service Description
Hatırlat is a mobile app that helps you track important dates such as birthdays, anniversaries, bill payments, appointments and special events, and receive timely reminders.
Core features:
- Event creation and management (birthday, anniversary, bill, appointment, special day and user-defined types)
- Flexible reminder notifications
- Birthday import from contacts
- Greeting card creation
- Calendar view
2. Usage Terms
- Use the app only for personal and lawful purposes
- Do not use the app in a way that harms others' privacy
- Do not attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile or extract the source code of the app
- Do not use the app to distribute malware or for other malicious activities
- Do not use the app in a way that damages or overloads its infrastructure
3. In-App Purchases
Hatırlat is free to download and basic features are free. Some additional features may require in-app purchases.
- Purchases are processed through Apple App Store or Google Play Store.
- Prices are shown in the relevant store and may vary by region.
- Subscriptions renew automatically; to cancel, use the store's subscription management interface.
- Refund policies are subject to Apple and Google's own policies.
4. Content and Accuracy
- You are responsible for all information you enter into the app (event names, dates, contact information).
- Data imported from contacts is based on information on your device; we do not guarantee its accuracy.
- Notifications depend on your device's operating system, battery saver mode and notification settings. We recommend using backup methods in addition to the app for critical reminders.
- Hatırlat is not an agenda or official calendar app; it should not be used as the sole method for legal, medical or financial reminders.
5. AI-Powered Features
The app may use artificial intelligence technology for content such as greeting messages and card suggestions. This content is generated automatically and is advisory in nature.
6. Sponsored Content
The app may display sponsored content or recommendations in the future. Such content will be clearly marked as "Sponsored" or "Ad".
7. Updates
- We may need to update the app from time to time. Updates may include new features, bug fixes or security improvements.
- Some updates may be applied automatically via OTA (over-the-air).
- Major updates are downloaded through the app store.
- We do not guarantee that older versions of the app will continue to support all features.
8. Data Deletion
Since the app does not require an account, there is no account to delete. You can remove all local data by uninstalling the app from your device. For details visit our data deletion page.
9. Limitation of Liability
- Hatırlat is provided "as is". We do not guarantee that the app will work without interruption or error.
- We are not liable for direct or indirect damages arising from late delivery of notifications, data loss or use of the app.
- For in-app purchases, the refund policies of the relevant store apply.
- Our liability is limited to the total amount you paid for using the app.
10. Intellectual Property
- The Hatırlat app and all its content (design, code, graphics, icons) belong to Bilgin Studios.
- Events created by users and personal data belong to the users.
- Greeting cards created within the app are for personal use.
11. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update these terms with prior notice. Significant changes are announced in-app. Current terms are always accessible from within the app and at bilginstudios.com.
12. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Turkey. Turkish courts have jurisdiction over disputes.
