Delete Your Data
The Hatırlat app does not require account creation. All event data, contact information and notification settings are stored only on your device (local storage) and are never sent to any server.
1. Deleting All Data
To delete all your data from the app, simply uninstall (delete) the app from your device. When the app is removed, the following data is automatically deleted:
- All events you created (birthdays, anniversaries, bills, appointments, special days)
- Birthday information imported from contacts
- Notification and reminder settings
- App preferences (theme, language, etc.)
- Greeting cards you created
- In-app purchase history (remains in your store account)
2. Deleting Anonymous Analytics Data
The app collects anonymous usage statistics (device type, OS version, app version). This data cannot be linked to your identity.
To request deletion of this anonymous data:
1. Copy your Device ID from the app's settings
2. Send an email to omer@bilginstudios.com
Subject: Data Deletion Request — Hatırlat
Content: Your Device ID
Your request will be processed within 30 days and the relevant data will be permanently deleted. You will be notified by email once the deletion is complete.
3. Cancelling In-App Purchase Subscriptions
Android
Google Play Store → Profile icon → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions → Hatırlat → Cancel
iOS
Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions → Hatırlat → Cancel Subscription
